Great and fantastic location short walk to art gallery, harbor walk and downtown attractions and the center of the city in a great area. Quick check in and late check out.

I had an excellent stay in a long time. Everything was fairly clean and great. The location was excellent convenient to many attractions. Further, it was just off several restaurants, highway access and shops, cafes and restaurants.

This place is absolutely stunning and is located in an amazing spot close to plenty of great activities. 🌟.

Beautiful hotel lobby and amenities; gorgeous room; very clean, nicely decorated; very well maintained.

Location is a little outside of town, within walking distance, but it is a walk! Parking charges per night - parking was across the street; not exactly convenient. Paid extra for a waterfront view, which was obstructed by back of marina building and parking lot. Take note, hardly any view on 1st floor; be sure to request 2nd floor or above. We asked to be moved and told no availability. Pub closed entirely too early and staff very anxious to empty the room and close the doors @ 10:00 P.M. sharp. Arrived @ 9:30 and was told she was closing in 10 minutes.

To be honest we thought its way too expensive for what it offers. Its a very cheap in quality of the services it offers .Paper plates and cups for a hotel that charges more than $ 300 a night ?. I will not recommend this place to any one .

This place was nice and fairly clean, offering stunning views of the harbor. I really enjoyed the comfy bed in my suite. 😌.

Close buy to attractions, restaurants, boutiques

This place is brand-new, pet-friendly, has a stunning view, and an incredible location with modern interior design.

The location here is fantastic, close to the lively downtown scene, great breweries, and beautiful views of the bay, plus there's a convenient Tim Hortons nearby for takeout.

Lack of parking - having to pay extra for use of garage. For what this hotel charges one would think that they could afford enough usa Todays for their guests. But no, these simple things that one would expect to have available on a daily basis were all but impossible to come by. Very lame.

The studio-like room was very spacious, and came complete with a kitchen and dining area.

Despite its name, the hotel is definitely not on the waterfront. We did have a view of the ocean, but behind a rather rundown area of downtown Portland. Despite being within walking distance from the old port, I would have preferred a more central and charming area for our stay.

My husband and I choose a suite with kitchenette. The room beautiful and the price was affordable. The staff was friendly and the amenities included staff shopping. We could spend the day out exploring and our groceries would be at the hotel when we arrived back. There was also a courtyard with an outside fireplace where we spent our evenings meeting new friends and enjoying the sea air.
